More Acadia National Park

The first three are of Jordan Pond.

These last two were taken on top of Cadillac Mountain. It is the highest mountain on the eastern coast all the way down to Brazil. You can see for miles in all directions. It was incredible.

Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, ME

We spent a day and half at Acadia National Park. It is the smallest of the major national parks, but as you can tell the coastline is amazing.

Trenton Bridge Lobsta Pound

I had the best Lobster ever at the Trenton Bridge Lobster Pound. You pick out the live lobster you want and they take it out back and cook it in wood burning pots of boiling sea water. It was awesome. The girls helped me pick one out and even got to touch it. Fifteen minutes later, I ate it!! The pound is located just before crossing the bridge onto Mount Desert Island.

Campfire divas and comedians.

Whale museum in Bar Harbor, ME

Rockland State Park and Whale watching.

Rockland State Park.
Oh Yall!!!

We saw a lot of puffins, one live finback whale and one dead humpback whale on the whale watching cruise. We were out on the high seas all day from noon til 5 or so.

LOBSTA PLEASE!!

My first Lobster in almost 4 years. Last one I ate was on Cape Cod in Woods Hole on the pier. This one was eaten at Huot's in Sako, ME. It was caught that day. I had chowda as well as a pint of Bar Harbor Ale. Kirsten really like the Haddock.
LOBSTA!!!
Sako, ME

Rockland, ME just off the breakwater pier. We walked out to the lighthouse. You can see the Owl light in the background. What lovely weather we had on this trip.

Sako,Maine and Old Orchard Beach, Maine

Our KOA at Sako, ME. It was the best one we stayed at on our trip.

The girls just loved the beach and the pier at Old Orchard Beach, ME. The beach was by far the best time Reese had on the entire trip. The beaches were fantastic as well as the weather. It was unseasonabley warm while we were there. It reached 80 and the water wasn't too cold.

Where did Reese go?

Camping Cabin, Hershey and Steamtown, Pa

Buckeye Lake KOA at the cabin. We stayed at KOA cabins for the entire trip. You have to bring your own linens and have to use the community showers and sinks. You do save a ton of money and the girls seem to enjoy the camping.

Here we are at the Hershey factory. Reese is very excited about the Reese's candy.
These are of Steamtown National Monument in Scranton, Pa. It was really cool. If you like trains and the history of them, this is th place. It was well worth the stop.
All aboard!

Trip to Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusettes, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine.

Here we have the Subi loaded down for the long haul.

Wright Brothers' Museum and Cycle shop in Dayton, Ohio and the girls at the Dayton Aviation Museum pretending to be parachuting.

As some of you know, we took a little driving trip to Maine and back these past two weeks. We drove nearly 3,400 miles in a little over 11 days. We are a glutten for punishment. Tatum did awesome while Reese is just not really happy unless she is at home. Needless to say, here are some photos of the adventure.

Field Trip, Singing Recital and Colin's BDay

Tatum's Kindergarten class went to the Zoo as you can tell. Kirsten was in charge of Tatum and her friend Emma.

Tatum also had her singing recital at COCA. She took lessons every Tuesday for a semester. The photo is Tate and a friend singing the the main song from the Broadway show Annie.

You know the song, I just can't think of the title. The sun is gonna come out.

The last pictures are from Colin's Bday.
I added one more from the trip to Walt's house.

Cheers

Grandpa Wyman's House and Lori's wedding and Mother's Day

We went to visit Grandpa Wyman a few weeks ago. The girls had a good time as you can tell. The pups are getting big and are really good looking dog's for having such a weird pedigree.

We also atttended my childhood friend Lori Reinbold's wedding. She looked great and it was really nice seeing some old friends. I wish I could keep in better touch with some of them, but you all know how that goes.

The others are of Mother's Day at Todd's house.

Later

Uncle Todd's Birthday

Sorry it has been so long. Here are some shots from Todd's 30th Birthday Party.

We went to Shogun steakhouse for Todd's. It was a great time as the food was excellent and the entertainment at Shogun's had the girls laughing.
